Location is Key! The Indigo Bush is a beautiful 3 story townhome walking distance to some of the highlights of all that Downtown Chattanooga and North Shore has to offer. This home is close to Coolidge Park, Walnut Street Bridge and more. The main level features a living room area, full bath with shower stall. On the second level you will enjoy an open full kitchen and dining area stocked with a dishwasher, dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, silverware and everything you will need. The second level also has a washer/dryer and a balcony. The third level features the master bedroom, full master bathroom with tub/shower combo and another balcony. The house is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Towels and linens are provided.

As part of our commitment to keeping out properties pristine, we require mid-stay cleaning. The frequency of these cleans depends on the length of your stay - for stays of at least 30 days , we will require one mid-stay clean halfway through your time with us. For stays longer than 45 days, we require this clean to occur approximately every 15 days.
The cost of this service comes at a reduced price and is due at the time you book your stay. For this property, each mid-stay clean costs $65.
