You’ll find yourself living your best life at The Maple View. This property has spaces galore with enough room to spread out but also enough seating to come together. The space is fully furnished with modern amenities, warm colors and airy spaces.
 
There are four stories of living spaces for you to enjoy! On the basement level, you will find a cozy living room with a large tv and a sectional sofa layered in blankets - perfect for a movie night or an evening curled up and having a nice chat. 

On the first floor, you will find a formal living room with two large sofas as well as a dedicated family game room.
Move on up to the second floor and you’ll encounter a book-lover’s paradise. A gorgeous sun room invites you to bask in the light. Enjoy your favorite novel, a cup of coffee or really anything you like in this space. You’ll have the perfect vantage point for spying on local birds or taking a quiet moment to breathe. 

The functional and open attic space is a great multipurpose area that is a unique bonus to this home. It features its own tv, beds for a cozy snooze and a large area for games and play. 

The Maple View is laid out with welcoming open floor plans that allows everyone to spread out while also feeling connected. 

KITCHEN AND DINING
The beauty is in the details of these glowing and functional kitchen spaces. Truly a gourmand’s paradise, the main kitchen comes equipped with a dual oven gas range, a spacious apron-style sink, an espresso machine, granite countertops and more. You’ll want for nothing and you may even take home some ideas on how to revamp your home kitchen space!

Directly adjacent to this kitchen you will find a formal dining area with comfortable seating for eight. 

Downstairs you will find yet another full kitchen. This is part of what makes this home the perfect multi-family get-away. In this space you’ll be greeted with yet another spacious sink, a dishwasher, a large fridge, a glass-top stove and everything else you might need. There is a nice little dining nook in this space, perfect for keeping the chef company or enjoying a meal together.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS
You’ll have no shortage of options when it comes to deciding where to sleep. With 5 bedrooms and a loft, you simply can’t go wrong. 

On the basement level you’ll find two private bedrooms, each with a decorative fireplace and a tv. This floor has a private entrance separate from the main door of the house. With all the windows and lovely open spaces, you’ll be surprised you’re on a basement level at all. Here you will also find a full bathroom with a luxe subway tile walk-in shower and a Jack and Jill style sink with elegant fixtures. 

On the main floor of this home, you will find yet another gorgeous bathroom with a small claw-foot tub.

On the second floor, there is a spacious master suite with a king bed, full length mirror, chandelier, large window and a master bath. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub nestled under a bright window so that you can enjoy a relaxing soak and gorgeous views without sacrificing privacy. As a surprise bonus, this master suite has a large walk-in closet equipped with a washer and dryer. As if that weren’t enough, there are two more equally beautiful bedrooms each outfitted with king beds, tvs, bright windows and charming details. Last but not least, there is another fully equipped bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in tiled shower. 

The attic space is perfect for young travelers or the more adventurous folks who enjoy a tree-top perch. The elegant spiral staircase will lead you up to a light and airy attic with a king bed and three twins. There is also plenty of room for games with a large open floor space and a separate tv. The peaked ceiling and birds-eye view will make you feel like you’ve found a secret fort to hide in.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES
Much like the indoor spaces, the outdoor areas of The Maple View are sure to impress and delight. If you’ve ever been to the south, you know there are few things quite as charming as some good porch-sitting. This home has a large and inviting covered front porch with a swing and multiple benches and chairs. On the back of the home, you’ll find both a balcony and a covered patio with comfortable seating that invites you to rest and take in the views. 

Moving out into the yard, you’ll find a great firepit area with several chairs, sweet garden boxes and twinkling string lights. We invite you to lounge and laugh the night away in this thoughtfully designed and welcoming space.

Please be advised, for stays longer than 30 days, we require a "mid-stay" clean approximately every 15 days. The reduced cost of these clean(s) will be added together if applicable and calculated according to length of your stay - this additional cost is not calculated in the listing price and is due upon booking. There is a detached garage building that is not included in the rental of this property. 

The entrance to the attic area is via a metal spiral staircase that is not super accommodating to carrying up any kind of large suitcase.

The Maple View is nestled in historic Saint Elmo in the heart of downtown Chattanooga. There is no shortage of things to do and see with many of Chattanooga’s top destinations within a 15 minute drive or less.
