14: The Nelson Room - A PMI Scenic City Vacation Rental

We LOVED our little trip to the mountains in the end of July. The room was clean, cute, and had everything we needed. It was the ideal location, close enough to everything in the city (food and activities), but we felt like we were in the mountains. The sunset was incredible. We sat outside, enjoying ourselves. Next time, we would bring stuff to grill, since the cabin did have a grill and picnic area out back.

Very clean and comfortable. suited the two of us well. It was located inbetween the attractions of Lookout Mountain and Downtown. Close to busy road, but A/C wiped out any noise. Perfectly priced for comfortable place to sleep. Management although not onsite was wonderful to work with.

For the price paid, the place was incredible. The bed & pillows were extremely comfortable - my husband and I have never slept so great in a rental. My husband had some work to do so the counter with stools worked great - the WiFi was a bit slow but got the job done. I was so happy there was a blow dryer and the white noise machine! I sleep with one at home but it’s a bit large to travel with it. If you’re a light sleeper you’ll be grateful it’s in the room as you’re on a busy street & will hear the cars. There wasn’t a charging square for it though, just the cable lol so I had to choose between charging my phone or using the machine but overall 10/10 - we will be back!

This place was worth it! Beautiful are right on the base of the mountain. Team PMI was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Loved having access to the fireplace outside!

The power was out from recent storms when we arrived, but the hosts did a great job of communicating and giving us a link to follow the outages in the area. We went to dinner and came back and the power was on shortly afterwards. We enjoyed our stay as the bed was fantastic and it met all of what we need as mostly just sleepers in our spots. It’s a tight fit as photos suggest, but it’s all you need for a couple of nights! Will likely book again in the near future.

We loved staying here! My husband and I came to Chattanooga for a work related event- this room was way more affordable than anything in the city center but was close enough to everything that it still felt super convenient, about ten minutes from downtown. The rooms sit beside a relatively busy road but noise was never an issue as the traffic on that road is basically nonexistent overnight. The room is smaller than what you may get in a hotel, but for sleeping and getting ready it was plenty of room for us. Would definitely stay here again!

If you don't stay here you are missing out!

And on-site garbage can would be helpful maybe an iron if I’m not asking for too much

The space is small, especially the shower (and I’m not a big person) but clean. Note the room is off a busy road so having a sound machine helped some. Air conditioning is a wall unit so note the sound is loud when on. The photos are accurate of the space. Greatly appreciated the ease of communication by Ian and his team, and the location is not far from downtown Chattanooga.

The property was easy to find right on the road and I walked into the perfect setup. The bed was incredibly comfortable, very nice TV, Keurig machine, and adorable backyard gazebo area for relaxing. 10/10 Recommend!

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay here! Great location, everything within a 15 minute or less drive! Lots of fun things to do around, very clean and well presented. Only thing I would warn people about is that this building is located right off of a very busy road and the walls are thin so you will be hearing cars all night long if your a light sleeper but that isn’t something anyone can control. Still had an amazing stay and the room is super cute and comfy!
