Welcome to The Alvar room - located at The Lodge At Lookout Mountain - Named after Alvar Aalto, a Finnish architect and designer who believed that each building was a work of art - all the way down to the fixtures. He believed strongly in creating a more beautiful everyday life in the home.
This mid-century modern inspired room has everything you'll need for a wonderful experience in the Scenic City. Enjoy the privacy of your own home away from home in this 600 square foot mid-century modern style suite with one King size bed, full bathroom and stocked kitchenette. We are approximately 10-15 minutes from the TN Aquarium and just off the interstate providing convenient access to Lookout Mtn and Downtown Chattanooga.
For the benefit of our guests, we supply towels, soap, shampoo, body wash, coffee, cups, utensils, plates and more. If you have questions about anything, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Additionally, please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the area or you need suggestions for fun places to visit!

There are exterior cameras only on the outside of the buildings.
This property is conveniently located on the highway, providing easy access to many local attractions. However, please be aware that some road noise may be present during peak traffic hours.
PMI Scenic City requires a rental agreement for all of our properties.

Great location super close to downtown chatt! Easy parking and they had a large open space behind the building that our dog played loved! Was very very small and is really just a a king bed with a bathroom, but perfect for a place to sleep and was very nice and clean!
Nice stay in a good location. Really enjoyed the fire pit.

Great place to stay! The host was super responsive, and checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable. It was clean and comfortable.
We stayed here for the convenience of proximity to Coolidge Park in downtown.

We stayed here for the convenience of proximity to Coolidge Park in downtown. It was 10 minutes to commute for the Moon River festival and the room stayed cold and bed was incredibly comfortable. It is fairly quiet, besides the noisy road, and felt safe with the locks and surroundings.

The room was spotless and comfortable and had everything we needed (mini-fridge, microwave, sink. Easy access and convenient to downtown and Lookout Mtn. Close to busy road which can be noisy but there is a noise machine in room.
