Guests have exclusive access to the entire house (except the basement), ensuring a comfortable and private indoor stay. The backyard is shared with tenants and other guests, with a small fence dividing the space. While it doesn’t offer full privacy, it’s a pleasant area to relax and enjoy the outdoors
