The Dogwood is a 2 story modern townhome located in the heart of the Historic Southside District. This property is just a couple blocks from the Chattanooga Choo Choo, the Terminal and many other restaurants and bars. The Dogwood has a clean modern feel with the convenience of being at the heart of everything Downtown, it's perfect for singles, couples and business travelers. Only 15 minutes to Rock City and Ruby Falls.
As part of our commitment to keeping out properties pristine, we require mid-stay cleaning. (THIS COST IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY CALCULATED AT BOOKING AND WILL COME AS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE AFTER BOOKING IS COMPLETED). The frequency of these cleans depends on the length of your stay - for stays of at least 30 days , we will require one mid-stay clean halfway through your time with us. For stays longer than 45 days, we require this clean to occur approximately every 15 days.
The cost of this service comes at a reduced price and is due at the time you book your stay. For this property, each mid-stay clean costs $65.
(For stays of 30 days or longer) A starting supply of consumable goods (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee) will be provided upon check-in. For extended stays, guests are responsible for purchasing consumable goods if they need more outside of what is initially provided.

We stayed here for a month, and had a very positive experience with the care and support from Kenzie and Ian. Excellent customer service! Adorable little place, in a great location..two minute walk from many shops and restaurants.
