Peaceful place that is just a quick drive to all the best spots in Chattanooga! Perfect if you have a furry friend with you. They were so accommodating.

We stayed here on a weekend visit to Chattanooga, a city we have visited many times. This was our first time at the Downhill Retreat and everything was excellent. The neighbor is charming, peaceful and conveniently located. We did not have any issues that necessitated interaction with the host but communication during our stay was informative and proactive. I highly recommend this location.

Cutest little rental! We will definitely book again. Our daughter is at UTC and this is a great place to stay when visiting her.

My pup and I had a great stay! The host gave us all the info we needed to enjoy our time in Chattanooga! I really liked the vibe of the location and it was super quiet and private! The linens, bed, and appliances are all top notch and made for a very comfortable stay. I never felt like I was in someone else’s space, and the hosts provided everything needed for a comfortable stay!

We had a great stay! It was a wonderful trip and the place was so clean and had this fun vibe. You didn't feel like you were in someone's extra space, you felt like you were in a vacation spot.

We so enjoyed our stay at this loft. My daughter and I were in town for a swim meet and the location was perfect. Amenities were plentiful, space was clean and welcoming, host was quick to respond to questions, and the wine that was left was a perfect compliment at the end of a long travel day.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. Great location — close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I keep coming back, location is convenient to 27 N, therefore the rest of the area. Modern and updated guest quarters with deck!

I needed somewhere to stay the weekend close to work due to snow/ice. This place was a wonderful retreat between shifts. So comfortable, relaxing, and had everything needed to cook meals, shower, do laundry. It was perfect! The host checked in every day to make sure we had what we needed. Would love to visit again, but next time just for a fun getaway.

Quiet and stylish place Convenient lovely neighborhood

We stayed at the Downhill Retreat for six days and loved it! The owners were as gracious as could be and messaged us several times to see if we needed anything. The layout is cozy with very nice appliances, and large shower and a great little kitchen!! We could not have asked for better.

This location was perfectly placed on the outskirts of town! Took 2 minutes to get from the room to the downtown area. I can't say enough about how clean the room was, and how cozy it was. This is definitely a perfect spot to stay. The only complaint I would have is the parking situation was a little iffy with bigger vehicles.

Loved our stay there. The place was very roomy for my husband and I and our pup. Loved the thoughtful little touches to the place which made it feel very homey. The location was a perfect spot, near downtown and it too far from popular trails. Nothing but great things to say, made our experience in Chattanooga a great one!

Perfect private little place. Quiet and easily accessible. There were some gnats in the property which may have been caused by the recent heavy rains but overall it was very clean. I would recommend maybe a new bag of coffee for each guest, and or a change to a Keurig for pod use, and maybe a total ice/change or dump between guests. We will be back to stay!

Immaculately clean. Super comfortable bed. Nice little "extra" touches. Good location, a very short drive to everywhere we wanted to be. We were very satisfied. 5 out of 5 stars.

New full equipt in quiet neighborhood 5 minutes to downtown. Very comfortable and modern
