With ample space to accommodate up to 10 guests, Lazy Daze features a spacious loft with Queen bed and bedrooms with 1 King, 4 Queens and 2 Full Futons. The inviting game room, complete with a pool table, games, Peletron bike and more  promises hours of entertainment for all ages, while the cozy living area provides a warm atmosphere for gathering and sharing stories. Extra sleeping space is also available on the two white sofas in the downstairs area that fold down like futons.

NOTES: Both the driveway and the walkway to the dock and pool are steep.  Please be mindful and careful! There are many steps from the roadside parking to the house and from the house to the dock. Be prepared to get your steps in if you plan to go to down to the dock!

There are no boats, paddle boards, kayaks, etc available for use. You must bring your own. You may park your boat at the dock but the LIFT is NOT for guest use.

• maximum occupancy of 10 guests at all times - If you have a larger family group, please contact us.
• primary responsible renter must be 25 years old
• the FIREPLACES do not work and are only for decoration -fire marshall instructions
• no pets allowed without prior owner approval
• no lifeguard is on duty at the dock
* swimming is at your own risk!!
* children must be supervised on the dock and around the lake at all times
• the driveway is steep and there is parking for only two cars in the carport at the bottom of the driveway and parking for additional cars at the top of the driveway. If the driveway is snowy or icy, the driveway may not be usable (this is a rare occasion), but there is room to park at the top of the driveway and walk down. 
** DO NOT GO DOWN THIS DRIVEWAY with a boat or trailer. there is not room to turn around at the bottom**

NO PETS ALLOWED.

NO PARTIES, bachelorette/bachelor parties, events or large gatherings are allowed. This is a family friendly neighborhood.

PMI Scenic City requires a rental agreement for all of our properties. Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
