The Mapleleaf - a PMI Scenic City Vacation Rental

Absolute paradise!!! Very clean !!!

The location of this condo is very convenient. Walkable to great restaurants and to the sculpture park (though a bit far). There's also a bike/scooter rental nearby. We enjoyed Kai Bistro, Adelle's, and Niedlov's in particular. We also walked up to the Choo Choo and to Hot Chocolatier and Clumpie's ice cream. Only a short drive to Rock City (recommend going about 5:30 and staying until close to see the views and then another trip through as the lights come on at dusk then picking up pizza/sandwiches at Mr. T's at the base of the mountain on the way back) as well as the Aquarium and shops along Frazier in North Shore. The condo *is* right next to the train tracks (it came through just before 11pm and around 6:30am) and is a busy area, so it's not "serene," but "serene" isn't very close to attractions. The HVAC is all "mini-splits" so each level has its own system, which is nice. They are not loud at all (like they are in hotels), so I just used the white noise app on my phone to drown out traffic noise. Never heard any noise from neighbors. Also note that the mattresses are all a fairly firm memory foam. We had everything we needed in the condo and it was great for our family of three (there's a trundle bed on the third floor for a 4th person). Check in and out were easy with the keyless entry. Plenty of towels, pillows, and linens for everyone and basics stocked in the kitchen (including coffee).

Although we were only here for two nights, this townhome is in a great location. We stayed a few blocks over on Wilhoit Street and the noise was too loud from an all-night bar and fire station. This location is a bit further and it was quiet.

Everything was awesome! Clean, very stylish. In a great area close to everything. In a quiet area.

Our stay was great and the home was exactly what we wanted. Nothing short of extraordinary! The house has everything you need and provides a very comfortable space to relax! My wife and I enjoyed our weekend getaway in Chattanooga and the house is within walking distance to most places in the city. There's a coffee shop across the street and a couple of places within view of the house that offer breakfast in the AM and brews at night! We will definitely come back to visit. Oh... the bed is pretty much the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on!
