Experience an amazing view of the city in this beautifully furnished home. Down the stairs off the back porch you will find a hidden birders' paradise.
Please be advised, for stays 30 days or longer, we require a "mid-stay" clean approximately every 15 days. The reduced cost of these clean(s) will be added together if applicable and calculated according to length of your stay - THIS ADDITIONAL COST IS NOT CALCULATED IN THE LISTING PRICE WHEN YOU INITIALLY BOOK and is due upon booking. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. For this location, each clean will cost $65.

Wonderful stay at the Nooga! The place has an open floor plan with everything you need! Room enough for two cars. Nice neighborhood with walkable sidewalks to the riverfront!

This clean and well stocked rental had everything two adults needed for three nights in Chattanooga. We appreciated the proximity to the pedestrian bridge and the view was stunning. Communication with the property management was easy and they even texted to check in on us during the stay, which is something I appreciate and have not experienced before. It looked like we had neighbors in the connected apartments but we never heard a peep from anyone, just the birds! We would absolutely use PMI and/or this same rental again.

The condo was decorated beautifully. The place was spotless. The location was great. walking distance to the pedestrian bridge. Walking distance to shops and restaurants on Frazier ave. The windows allowed plenty of sunshine in so the place was bright and cheery which my wife and I love. No fault to the owners, construction of 2 houses right next door caused a lot of noise and dust on the car. Sitting on the balcony would have been perfect if it wasn't for the construction noise and lack of privacy all day including weekends.

Great place to stay for a quiet romantic getaway. Close to numerous restaurants and shops. Up the hill from the famous Walnut Street Bridge that takes you to downtown close to more restaurants, activities and attractions! Definitely would stay there again!

NOOGA Daze is a beautifully appointed new Condo in a great location, with beautiful views of the City. In close proximity to many attractions on the North Shore, NOOGA Daze was the perfect spot for our Thanksgiving visit to be with our son and his family.
This is my second stay at Nooga Daze while we clear out my mother's home for sale. Convenient location ( I don't mind walking hills!) and wonderful views for relaxing at the end of the day. Comfortable bed, pillows and couch. Easy check in and out. Already planning our next stay- this time with my husband. Hope that the walking bridge is open soon as this is only 4 blocks away and takes you to the Art District directly.
