The Rhododendron - a PMI Scenic City Vacation Rental

Home was clean upon our arrival and had everything we needed for our short stay! Communication, instructions were great as well!!

The place and location were great. Very clean, great proactive communication, well appointed kitchen and nice touch with other items provided.Things to improve would be blackout options on the windows in the bedroom and a bed base that does not squeak. Ideally also cotton línea instead of polyester to avoid excessive sweating with the heat. Other than that, all was great!

It was the perfect spot for our babymoon! Located a quick walk away from The Choo Choo Hotel and all the fun little spots surrounding it. The rental was super clean with plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, etc. Definitely well stocked! It was our first time to Chattanooga and we were so impressed with this cute little city! I will note that directly across the street from the rental is construction and a train track. We were there over the weekend, so neither one were an issue for us. The front door for the rental is directly on the street, so you do get some pedestrians that walk by. Overall, a GREAT spot and I’d definitely recommend to others!

This was a near perfect accommodation. It was within walking distance of every place we wanted to be. It was sooo clean, well decorated and and inviting.

5/5 stars! This was my first AirBnB experience and to a new city nonetheless. I am thoroughly impressed with this AirBnB, PMI Vacation Rental, and the communication with Ian. Our flight landed in Chattanooga a few hours earlier than check in. Ian was kind, quick, and professional to message regarding this dilemma. Ian offered two different solutions and ultimately, we were able to drop off our bags early and be able to start exploring the city. I was so relived to know our bags were safe and we could have plenty of time to explore the Southside area!The AirBnB is so welcoming and has everything you need! The full kitchen and pantry was so handy to keep leftovers, fill up our water bottles, and feel comfortable. The main bedroom space was spacious and the bathroom was beautiful! The closet was huge, full size washer and dryer along with plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, and fans to use. We felt right at home. The third floor was so adorable and cozy! We loved sitting outside on the rooftop deck. All three floors had their individual AC units and the extra fans helped to add some additional white noise.Yes, this AirBnB is right next to the railroad tracks; however, as locals of Jacksonville, FL, we're used to trains coming by. The trains really were few and far between and we never once were woken up in the middle of the night because of a train. There is a fire station nearby as well, but same thing, was never a bother. You're in the city! We did hear the neighbors' music for most of Saturday when we were relaxing. Again, you're in a city and around other people, you are bound to hear some noise at some point. Overall, the noise was much less than I anticipated after reading these reviews.Ian and PMI really thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and welcoming. This include an extra shade on the window leading to the main bedroom due to there being an outside lamp near the window. This helped to keep the area stay dark while sleeping. We also loved playing Battleship, so cool that there are some different board and card games to choose from!The entire space was cleaned and sanitized. The location is fantastic, so many delicious places to check out including Niedlov's Bakery & Cafe, Adelle's, Flying Squirrel, Chattanooga Choo Choo, and Clumpie's! We even walked about 25 minutes to Miller Park for their free concert series on Friday nights during the summer. Our Uber/Lyft drivers had no problem finding the AirBnB. We felt very safe in the area. Bike Chattanooga also has a docking station right by the AirBnB.I highly recommend this AirBnB and will certainly be booking for future stays in Chattanooga!

We had a fantastic stay. The Townhouse was clean, modern and well furnished in a perfect location to downtown. We would stay here again.

The home had most everything we could have needed. It was clean and had thoughtful touches everywhere we looked. Enjoyed ourselves tremendously.
