The Mapleleaf is a 3 story townhome located within walking distance to many of Chattanooga's famous local eateries, bars and event locations. This beautifully furnished home features a unique elegant design. The 3rd floor patio deck is perfect for enjoying a hot cup of coffee from Velo Coffee located directly across the street. This property is located in the Historic Southside district and is perfect for singles, couples and business travelers. The Mapleleaf is also only 15 minutes to Rock City and Ruby Falls.
Please be advised, for stays 30 days or longer, we require a "mid-stay" clean approximately every 15 days. The reduced cost of these clean(s) will be added together if applicable and calculated according to length of your stay - THIS ADDITIONAL COST IS NOT CALCULATED IN THE LISTING PRICE WHEN YOU INITIALLY BOOK and is due upon booking. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. For this location, each clean will cost $65.
(For stays of 30 days or longer) A starting supply of consumable goods (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee) will be provided upon check-in. For extended stays, guests are responsible for purchasing consumable goods if they need more outside of what is initially provided.

Our stay was great and the home was exactly what we wanted. Nothing short of extraordinary! The house has everything you need and provides a very comfortable space to relax! My wife and I enjoyed our weekend getaway in Chattanooga and the house is within walking distance to most places in the city. There's a coffee shop across the street and a couple of places within view of the house that offer breakfast in the AM and brews at night! We will definitely come back to visit. Oh... the bed is pretty much the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on!
Although we were only here for two nights, this townhome is in a great location. We stayed a few blocks over on Wilhoit Street and the noise was too loud from an all-night bar and fire station. This location is a bit further and it was quiet.
