Welcome to The Gray Room - located at The Lodge At Lookout Mountain - named after Eileen Gray, an Irish architect who helped pioneer the Modernist Movement in architecture. Gray loved lightweight, functional and multi-purpose furniture.
This mid-century modern inspired room has everything you'll need for a wonderful experience in the Scenic City. Enjoy the privacy of your own home away from home in this 600 square foot mid-century modern style suite with one King size bed, full bathroom and stocked kitchenette. We are approximately 10-15 minutes from the TN Aquarium and just off the interstate providing convenient access to Lookout Mtn and Downtown Chattanooga.
For the benefit of our guests, we supply towels, soap, shampoo, body wash, coffee, cups, utensils, plates and more. If you have questions about anything, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Additionally, please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the area or you need suggestions for fun places to visit!

This property is conveniently located on the highway, providing easy access to many local attractions. However, please be aware that some road noise may be present during peak traffic hours.

Cute little place. The room is very small but was perfect for just me and my daughter for a short weekend. It is a little noisy because it is close to the road. Overall cute place to stay for a short time.

Great place to stay. Short drive to downtown. It is located off a busy road but it did not bother my wife or myself and we are light sleepers. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. They also were extremely responsive and nice throughout our entire stay. Great staff!!!

The accommodations were exactly as described! Such a cute, clean, modern space in a really convenient location. It was easy to relax and check-out from the real world during my stay. I will definitely book again, as it was so easy and stress-free. The hosts did a great job from start to finish in delivering everything promised on the listing!
This was a great place for a long weekend birthday trip! The host(s) were so kind and helpful, they even checked in on us on day 2. They were able to let us tack on an extra day, which was awesome. It’s definitely a small room, so if you need more space (especially bathroom space), probably pick a different room. It was totally fine for my wife and I, though. We enjoyed how quaint the lodge with only a few buildings. I think our only complaint was we wished the area behind the rooms was a little more well kept/mowed, as there were empty pots ans things like that. And the air conditioner seemed like it needed a new vent because it had some black stuff that blew onto the bed. However, that’s definitely something we could have told them about while we were there and I’m sure they’d have had a great response!! We give this place 5/5 stars for sure. Absolutely loved it. And can’t beat location and time to the big areas like Lookout Mountain and downtown. Hope to stay here again!!
